Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to the nature of cleaning and consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product images (if applicable)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- After inspection, approved refunds will be processed via the original online payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products
- Items returned after 7 days
